In 2023, Leadership Tennessee turns 10 years old!
During the first decade, much has been accomplished. Over 500 members have graduated through the Signature Program and Leadership Tennessee NEXT, numerous Community Engagement sessions have facilitated across the state, and in 2021, Leadership Tennessee launched as an independent nonprofit organization.
So, what’s next?
Leadership Tennessee is embarking on its 2023 strategic plan.
Meet the strategic planning council
In a process led by our members, alumni and key stakeholders will have several opportunities to engage in the strategic planning process. Guiding the framework, in close conjunction with the Leadership Board of Directors, will be the Strategic Planning Council, a small group comprised entirely of Leadership Tennessee alumni representing every grand division.
